Everything , especially Ali he was the best host you could get, he help us with everything, you can ask him anything about nizwa. He also help us find the parking spot near the guesthouse and the location was perfect in the middle of old town. Would recommend anyone to come stay here if you come to nizwa.

The hotel is spotless, with a fantastic location that’s close to everything (3-5 mins walk to Nizwa Fort, Souq and restaurants), yet still peaceful, almost like being in the outskirts. The hotel itself is nearly brand new, with high-quality amenities throughout, with free parking. It’s one of the best places we’ve stayed, and at such a reasonable price. The owner is kind and attentive, offering us great advice on exploring Nizwa. Highly recommend!

The property is beautiful. It feels (as the owner hopes it will) like a home away from home. But it also feels like a calm and lush Oasis in the middle of the desert mountains next to a lively little city. Everything is a combination of new and/or well thought out, and it's clear Ahmed has taken great care to craft a wonderful experience for his guests. He's there when you need him but will leave you to yourselves otherwise. It's been a long time since I experienced this type of traditional Arab hospitality at a hotel (was my partner's first time experiencing it). Staying here was a delight. It's also a really convenient location -- about 50 minutes from Wadi Damm / 90 minutes from Bat/Al Ayn Beehives... 15 minutes from Misfat al Abriyeen... 40 minutes from Nizwa... and he's arranged so you can get really yummy local food delivered from a nearby restaurant.

Absolutely immaculate and clean. Lovely small pool. A quiet oasis in the middle of the old town. Easy short walk to animal markets, souq and Nizwa fort. Parking no problem and proprietors, quickly, on hand with keys during entry and exit of premises. A delight.

Great Location; beautiful view; good breakfast; very very friendly and helpful owner. My little daughter and I got sick and the very young owner Hamza did everything possible to make us feel better and comfortable, checking on us often, providing medicine and making sure we could extend our stay nearby. He really is always with his guests making sure everyone is fine, he seems to be one heart and one soul with this place.
