What an amazing experience at an authentic omani place....located right in the middle of old city, parking wont be an issue at all..the host, Ali would make sure you get a parking easily..such a gentleman he is..soft spoken, well groomed, proud of his culture..always open for any conversation, lots of recommendations...rooms are decent in size with all amenities..one can also try omani dresses for a photo..every night movie setup on the rooftop..ample omani style breakfast...they even have a barbeque every night.if coming to nizwa, shouldnt stay at any other property other than this..thanks us later..

It was very nice stay. The hotel was neat and clean. Tha staff's were friends. It is very good location near to the souq and the Nizwa fort which is at walkable distance and can witness Omani traditional dance and dramas. The food in the Turkish restaurant just below the hotel was very good.
