Wow! Amazing place with an amazing host. A driver picked us up and took us to the place. We saw the sun set in the dunes which was stunning. The ride was fabulous, we really enjoyed in. The driver was great! ☺️ The accommodation is really cool, a great experience. The host was very nice, he took care of us for the whole time. you can choose from many activities to do here. Coffee and tea were available all the time. The evening buffet was excellent and the breakfast too. We enjoyed it very much. On the second day they organized sand boarding for us, where again we have to thank the driver. The whole stay was unforgettable and we 100% recommend spending your day in the desert here. Thank to the host and all the people who did our day unforgettable ☺️ I am sure there is not better place to stay ☺️ Stay here, you will love it.

Our stay at La Duna Desert Camp was truly unforgettable. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavor. The dune bashing tour was a real highlight — exciting and well organized. We also really enjoyed the camel ride during sunset; it was peaceful and beautifully arranged. The tent itself was unique, comfortable, and beautifully designed, giving the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend La Duna Desert Camp to anyone looking for an authentic desert experience in Oman.

Mr. Eric's outstanding service at reception made my stay at Thousand Nights Camp truly exceptional. His warm welcome and helpful demeanor were remarkable. The campfire after dinner was magical, thanks to Mr. Eric's attention to detail. During breakfast, Mr. Vansh provided excellent service at the restaurant, ensuring a delightful start to each day. nice location, integrated into the environment, excellent food, many facilities on the property, everything comfortable. Restaurant, fresh corner, cinema with dune view… nice. Room was functional with moscito protection, including the spray. Staff very kiand and helpfull. The dune jeep ride was the best ever and safe. Mahmud was great.

Location was excellent and the host Said was brilliant in making us feel like home away from home. I was travelling with my husband and we thoroughly enjoyed the resort and dune bashing. Feeding baby goats and interacting with baby camel was definitely a highlight. They accommodated my vegan food request and ensured every little detail was taken care of

Spend a night in the desert is an experience that you must to do in your life, amazing! A guide bring us from the office to the camp with a 4WD passing through the desert, we was greeted with dates and tea, the room was really fascinating. Before the dinner we sit near the fire with the locals that offered us camel milk and a tipical bread. The buffet dinner was really good. In the early morning, at the sunrise, we do the camel walk in the dunes to see the sun sunrising, it was an unique experience.

The restaurant food was exceptional and the staff were always helpful. Loved the lounge / games area as it kept the kids occupied. Plenty of activities for the family. Spa was a bonus as well

    Incredibly nice staff. The camel ride was fun and appropriate also for kids. The food is delicious and cooked by the owners themselves. The beds are very comfortable and the tents are very spacious.

    It’s a large campsite With many facilities Probably best for a family with young children as there are activities to entertain them Room was pleasant, good air con, fan, was clean and beds were comfortable for a tent The Drivers too and from the site were great Probably the best part of the experience for us.

    An amazing experience in this camp owned by Sayid and his family. We had a wonderful welcome, kids enjoyed different activities as camel ride and sledding on the dunes. The camp is located high on the dunes, view and sunset are amazing. The tents have really comfortable beds. I would recommend this camp if you are looking for an authentic Omani desert experience. It was really hard to say goodbye.

    Very very nice camp for a family with small ones wanting a full-comfort first desert experience for the kids. Everything was clean, easy and very nice rooms, lots of activities. We took one with a pool, which was an extravagance but served us well with the kids to wash off the sand and cool down in the day. Good variety of food and all inclusive breakfast and dinner. Easy drive to Wadi Bani Khalid from here, and not too far into the desert.

    The activities were a lot of fun, though short and very expensive. The rooms were comfortable. The best bit was the sunset 'drive', though they just deposit you on top of the dune next to the gate. Kids played in the dunes for ages.
