Super host, place had an unforseen water shortage problem and he upgraded us and looked after us above and beyond.. First class host .would absolutely stay again next time in Valencia or Dumaguete. Placed in the most exclusive zone of Dumaguete, you have at 5 min walking the new boulevard, where the best restaurants and party places are. But no worries you won't hear any noise. Also, Lantaw, the best restaurant of the town is exactly in front About the unit, it has good air conditioned, fast internet and a super comfortable bed for two, not to speak about the massive TV. Overall, I was moving around other accommodations in the Philippines, and this is easily in the top 3 of them. Not to mention that the owner allowed me to check out later when my flight got delayed
