The room was very clean and the views from it were very nice! Additionally, you can have a hot shower, which is something not guaranteed in these remote villages of Ifugao. And the best part is the staff, I got the chance to talk with both the mother and some of her daughters and they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Oh, and the homemade meals they prepare are delicious, don't miss them!! I would definitely go there again if I ever come back to Batad.

We stayed for one night on the way to sagada. Hospitality was wonderful. Complementry water, .coffee and tea. Everyone was welcoming. Rooms were big. We used their laundry services. (Great). A good value for money.

Everything was fine, we want to thank the owner of the house and her family, everyone is so nice and wants you to have a nice stay. The room is clean and comfortable, the meals are prepared on demand and were good. We could let our bags while we were hiking the last day and pick them up later. We liked the fact that you somehow live with the family, it is really appreciable (+ nice view from the room and from the rooftop). The village is apart from the circulation and without any motors, really appreciate.

The view was absolutely exceptional and therefore worth every penny. One may think that together with clean rooms that’s everything the Batad Hillside Inn has to offer. However, what made our stay absolutely unforgettable was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and exceptionally nice. We felt very well taken care of.
