I loved the place, the staff, the service, and the casita. The staff; Xiomara, Luis, Manuel, Rafael, and the american guy (dont remember his name) were extremelly helpful and display excellent customer service kills. Cleaning services were great. My observations: The casitas bathroom need some maintenance at the showers, we had a party of 3, but e everythig at the casita were for two. We notice that cleaning service were done in the morning, however someone went inside the casita later on without a notice.

I booked this hotel for family members who needed to spend the night after a family event. They were delighted with the checking process, the cleanliness of the room, the overall facilities, and how easy it was to get there.
