Free transfers around Palau provided by the hotel was a god send and definitely needed if you’re not hiring a car. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Would definitely recommend staying here, great location, very clean and good breakfast buffet.

Amazing place! We really liked our stay in shell villa apartel. Special thanks for Leo+crew, you guys made our vacation memorable ❤️. They are building restaurant upstairs at the moment february 2025. Looking forward to come back to check it out. It will have spectacular view to the ocean over these valleys 👍

All the members of the staff are amazing! Hotel is also super clean and well organise. Nice small private beach. Food is great, just the breakfast is a bit expensive if is not included in the room!

I love how the Hotel was very inviting and the staff are very welcoming! It was so clean and luxurious, made ma feel at home. Met a staff named Rasco. He was Super great! helpful friendly and always happy with a smile.

From the moment I booked, the reservations team excelled, from arranging transfers and late check out, Kath even knew what time I needed to be at the airport for my return flight. Once I arrived was made feel a valued customer, always cheerful and asking if there is anything else I needed. Room was lovely, comfortable bed with a great view.
