Situation géographique (pour moi) idéale, quartier très agréable, sécurité de l'immeuble, proximité d'un supermarché juste en face. L'appartement que j'ai obtenu était en coin de l'immeuble et au 18è étage avec vue magnifique sur Asuncion.

Tucked away in the city yet incredibly peaceful, it truly felt like an oasis. The atmosphere was calm and serene, with beautiful spaces to rest — even hammocks to lounge in — and a sense of hospitality that is increasingly rare to find. The kindness of the staff is something I can’t emphasize enough. One day, when I wasn’t feeling well, they called to check on me and brought tereré to my room — just out of pure care. Every interaction felt genuine and generous. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs throughout the stay. For example, when I asked if they had any plant-based milk for breakfast, they didn’t have any that day — but by the next morning, they had gone out and bought some especially for me. That kind of attention to detail and thoughtfulness is what sets this place apart. Breakfasts were delicious — especially the chipas, which became a morning highlight. The business center is relatively small but fully functional, and it met all our work-related needs perfectly. La Casona is the perfect combination of charm, comfort, and care. Whether you’re traveling for business or rest, this is the kind of place that makes you feel at home. I can’t wait to come back.

L’établissement Nino Hotel Boutique se trouve à Asuncion, à 7,4 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : General Pablo Rojas Stadium. L'endroit est tout simplement magnifique et super bien entretenue. La gentillesse du personnel (mention spécial à Hugo, Alexia et Melissa!) ainsi que leur professionalisme sont extraordinaires et ont rendus notre séjour tellement agréable. Le petit-déjeuner préparé par Hugo est un vrai chef d'oeuvre à chaque matin. Le matelas était parfait pour nous et la chambre nous convenait amplement. Je recommande définitivement cette hôtel à quiconque qui séjourne à Asuncion/Villa Mora, et nous y retournerons c'est sûr et certain!
