We have spent a lovely week at Lipa houses. It's very peaceful and relaxing, clean and tidy. The house is bright and sunny. The internet was very good, my partner was working without any probs. And last but not least - Mina is such a great host! If you need anything she is there to help, otherwise she is not going to bother you at all. We will come back again!

We received an exceptionally warm welcome in this lovely and comfortable apartment, located in the beautiful Serbian countryside, with a view of a lovely garden where you can enjoy your coffee or even eat. Just a few kilometers away, you’ll find restaurants, small grocery store, and everything you need. There are wonderful walks to take in the nearby forest park (Kosmaj Mountain Park), with its incredible Spomenik (Monument to the Fallen Soldiers of the Kosmaj Detachment - Споменик борцима Космајског одреда). Beautiful spacious house in a very green quiet place near Belgrade. It takes half an hour to get there from airport. The house and garden looks like it was on the photos and actually much better when you get there. Perfectly clean, everything looks like new. The swimming pool is clean and maintained, not too chlorinated with a lot of space around. Surprisingly there were yoga mats and some exercise equipment along with pool towels. There is WC/shower by the pool that is very convenient. The beds, mattresses, pillows are perfect, mosquito nets everywhere so we slept better than ever. Child was so happy to set a fire at the fireplace that was complimented with wood. Hosts are really thought about small details to organize an unforgettable stay! We had a very nice time there!

There is enire first floor of the house available for you, two separate bed rooms, one double bed in each room plus one regular size bed, which is for 5 persons in total. It has fully equipped kitchen, with nice comfy leather sofa near the table Everything is perfectly clean. You will be hosted like you're a family member and before leaving you will be served with coffee or amazing teas grown directly in the beautiful garden full of flowers. Location is good even if you're travelling without a car. The closest small shop with grocery and essentials within about 7 mins walk, a bit larger grocery shop is about 10 mins walk and a large supermarket with everything available within 20 mins walking. The city center is also about 15-20 mins walk. The neighbourhood is extremely quite and calm. Host is very kind and helpful. Everything you need - he'll help you! Very nice person, was pleasure meeting him! Apartments are very warm and comfy, even in the coldest winter nights they're warm, two balconies, spacious bathroom (sadly, without a bathtub though), all the necessary items for hygiene (extra blankets, toilet paper, toothpaste, shower gel and a shampoo) were present upon my arrival. The living space inside the apartments is organised extremely well - it's very cozy and nice spending time there alone, with a partner or with a group of friends.
