The staff is super friendly and attentive, they proactively ask and offer their help. Location is very good , so easy to get there, close to the vibrant quba boulevard from which you could reach the haram in a lovely waking environment They offered Ramadan breakfast for free, always coffee and tea. The service is amazing. A 4 Star hotel with a 5 star service. Especially the concierge service Zafron and Aman were very attentive to us. The hotel went out of their way to make sure the guests are comfortable. We felt welcome with the fruit and date basket that they sent to the room. Everything about this hotel is highly recommended. They probably need to improve the service in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was just ok.

This hotel features air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV and a tea garden serving light snacks and desserts. It is less than a 2-minute walk from the Holy Prophet Masjid.
