Host, host and again host makes this accommodation especially special. They give heart and soul to their property and guests. My kind of people. You can feel it right away at introduction. Warm welcome. Honest people. Subtly they know when to approach you. And when they do, you will get immersive story you won't want to stop. Such an interesting people. Let alone that this property and village in general has rich history and charm. Everything is furnitured with character. It respects and follows what once was. Venue is peaceful with a lot of greens. I notice how every guest was all smiles. Place where you can reset yourself from all the stress of life. I suggest you chose breakfast as well. A lot of own products. Next time I will have to come with car for more room to bring all good stuff with me home... There are still hidden diamond places you can find without massive touristic shallowness.

Really comfortable, well equipped apartment. Everything was as new. There was a coffee machine, huge tv, plenty of storage and excellent shower. The towels were super soft, which was a first of all my stays in Slovenia! Close to a campsite where there is a bar/ restaurant and access to Nadiza River, although it's not really suitable for swimming here. The lovely Kuore Sa? old farm buildings complex, which is now a bar and occasional music venue, is 15 minutes drive away. It is shown in several photos for the apartment, but it is not where you will be staying, as I thought!!

Great apartment for a group of 4. Very fresh and clean. Suprising amount of kitchen equipment, well suited for preparing your own meals. Terrace with grill and dining table nicely prepared for our use. Located in a Beautiful and peaceful area by the nadiza river, great place for a summer bath. Would definitely come back.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a rustic rural village setting a little out of Kobarid. You can hear the cows mooing! The location is excellent to access all the Soča Valley highlights. Super clean and comfortable inside plus a complimentary bottle of wine. There’s an outdoor seating area too and an excellent restaurant, Jazbec, a short walk away.
