The support from the staff was truly exceptional. On the day of our departure, we unfortunately left behind a very important wallet. It contained many items we needed immediately after returning home, but since we had already passed through the security check, we were unable to return to the hotel to retrieve it. Despite this, the wallet was kindly delivered all the way to the airport and handed over to the airport staff. We are sincerely grateful to the wonderful staff member, Ms. Froy, for her outstanding support. Thank you very much.

We had the most incredible stay at this magical hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. I had requested a surprise cake for my husband's special occasion, and they not only delivered but made it even more special than I could have imagined. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. A special mention to Rada—she is truly the star of this hotel! Her kindness, warmth, and constant happiness made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always ready to help with a big smile, making us feel at home. We had a great time there. Noon was super helpful with everything. I love the smell of soap on linens. The breakfast had good variety of food, nice coffee and tea which you wouldn’t expect for free. We travelled with 2 kids and it was perfectly fine. Thanks heaps Noon and staff
