Sang Poy Cottage is everything that is evocative of Thailand and more! A place that has been built and decorated with a great deal of soul. The cottage has been built from recycled Teak in traditional Thai style. I loved the attention to detail, and there were many… the handmade floor tiles… my room was well appointed nothing that I would want more of or would change. Sang Poy sits looking out on to a glorious views of the rice paddies. Parking is available if you are driving. A wonderful, kind and helpful owner who speaks excellent English. A fabulous restaurant on site with the best breakfasts I have had all over Thailand! excellent beautiful staff… thank you! Sang Poy is a very special place, a memorable place… a beautiful place!

This is one of the most memorable stays on our five years of travels. Expect serene eco huts next to nature, solid wi-fi, cute dogs, surprisingly soft beds for Asian standards and a lovely host. A perfect stop on the Mae Hong Son loop, wish we could have stayed longer.
