The room is great and I really love the style. It’s so beautiful and clean. Also, the staff provided wonderful services to take care of you and make sure you are comfortable. I went to a monastery which is a bit far away, they helped me call taxi so that I could go back to the hotel. Overall, 10/10 and I wish I could stay longer.

The staff were AMAZING!!! They spent lots of time with us to really help with our needs. They hand drew us maps, they helped us install apps on our phone so we could book our own transport. They helped us navigate apps to order meals to be delivered to the hotel. They supported our dietary requirements at breakfast. We stayed for nearly a week and staff even gave us lovely treats! Staff built relationships with their guests. I have never seen more amazing customer service. The rooms are VERY spacious with lots of places to spread your belongings out. The bathrooms also have plenty of room. There is a convenience shop across the road. It is a short drive/walk to the main street where there is local Thai food or a short taxi to an air-conditioned restaurant offering Thai food. The big Lotus shop is only a short taxi ride away.

Located in a convenient area of Ubon Ratchathani, Rapeepan Ville Hotel is just a 5-minute walk to a mini mart and supermarket. CentralPlaza Ubonratchathani is a 10-minute drive from the property.

The house was adorable! It fit what our family needed. The pool, park area for the kids, and clothes washer was a bonus. We loved the BBQ that was provided for us. We felt safe in the gated community as there were other family members with kids. Thank you so much for providing wi-fi. Having Netflix was great to unwind for the evening. We appreciate the effort from the host in their communication skills and attentiveness to respond to all of our questions and needs.

As someone from Europe this was a very pleasant surprise. The owner is a person who understands the needs of a hotel guest. He knew the best places to get (or prepare) the local food and clothes I needed for further travel and at the same time was willing to prepare me outstanding European food for a decent price if I asked for it. He and his wife are willing to help and provide any information or meal you ask for. He and his wife made the best food I ate ever, was able to provide taxi services, always up for a talk, super hygienic + laundry services and had the most comprehensive advice about the ways around Ubon. I honestly cannot praise this place enough. I will come back.

The room was fantastic also was suitable for my wheelchair as I am disabled ,the hotel was in a prime location and was clean ,staff was pleasant and polite . It was situated beside a 5 floor shopping mall and outside near the car park was a large Thai night market which was every night . I didn’t have the breakfast in the hotel but had a meal which was really nice so I would say the breakfast would be more than good !
