The location is great, not far from the shopping center, right at the exit there are different cafes, Migros, a pharmacy. The hotel itself is big and new. We arrived before check-in time, and at first we were asked to wait, but then Mr. Hamza called us, and since we were with a child, he gave us a room with two bedrooms to check us in early, for which we thank him very much, it was very useful, considering our early flight, thanks to Radisson for such employees! The room itself is huge, clean with comfortable beds, and everything you need in the kitchen. The hotel employee brought us fruit.

From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by nice and kind staff, who made sure we felt welcome. A special thanks to Vagsel, Emra and Jan. The hotel was luxurious, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The parking was great and it was easy to reach other places due to the highway being accessible. We are already planning our next trip and are excited to stay at the Superior Living again.

One of my best choosing of hotel, value for money. Comfortable room has quite enough space. Bed is comfortable, shower is comfortable, breakfast is tasty and the service is excellent, and also reception gentleman and lady are both friendly and professional!

The room was spacious with good views, the staff is so helpful and friendly, I felt at home, the bebek salad was so tasty, service was also fast, ordered a taxi and it arrived in less than 5 mins, location is spot on! If you are a business traveler it just makes sense, if you are a tourist and want to see everything, you’ll be on schedule! So happy I chose to stay here, they deserve all the stars.

    The apartment was great that it had everything we needed for the family to cook and clean. A supermarket close by was so convenient. They also provide clean bedsheets when you give them the used dirty ones. My children loved the play area outside. The rooms were nicely warm during the cold winter.

    In general New Inn is great, the concept is fantastic to go holiday and stay at your own apartment. The size of the apartment was great we had 2+1, for a family of 4, so all in all it was a great stay.

    The apartment is very nice and comfortable, perfect for families. The building is quite close to the bus and metro stations and there are also shops and restaurants nearby. The front desk receptionist, Mustafa, is very nice, he helped us with all of our requests.
