The staff were very friendly upon arrival and for the duration of our stay. The room was very well equipped with all amenities you could think of. Balcony was a bonus! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the aircon was on point. Cantonese restaurant was good, although a few dishes were forgotten about, but the male waiter was very young and apologised for his mistake. Food was tasty and decent portions, although a little pricey.

Very beautiful design. Spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Very friendly staff. Good location. The hotel provided a recommendation for an amazing cocktail and wine bar (one of our Tainan highlights!)

The Apartment Hotel is quiet, very clean, tastefully decorated and the staff is genuinely friendly. The washer / dryer in the apartment is especially useful for long trip. The Hostess, Mrs Fong is especially helpful. She patiently cleaned up my wife's wounds when my wife tripped on the uneven street pavements.

Super friendly staff even if we couldn't communicate in the same language. You get a badge to enter the hotel and your room. The room itself is spacious and modern. The bathroom was quite big with nice L'Occitane products! Many restaurants nearby and it's a great location to discover the city. You can do your laundry for free, there is also a dryer, it's very convenient. There are 2 free parkings in the street nearby, but better arrive early! We got lucky and could leave our car directly.
