I had a great time staying here. The hosts are very friendly and offered to drive me around since the train wasn't running. They give the place a very personal atmosphere and the chat was smooth and very interesting despite the language barrier. Lovely people who love to host :) The place was comfortable and breakfast very good.

Better than 99 percent of 5 stars overseas with the same price range. Check-in started as soon as you hop on the free shuttle, where cool towel and tea are served. Couldn't afford to try the helicopter straight from the airport option, but it is on the table. Highly recommend Japanese style room, as I find it no difference in quality compare to ones in Japan. Great quality onsen with flexible opening time. Great Onsen bathtub in your room. Perfect buffet dinner and breakfast, even though I am not a buffet person, I did enjoy trying local cuisine from the buffet. Great activities for kids, to the point my little one woke me up at 7am. Free and fast shittle drop off to the port, where one of the best cycling trial starts.

For nature lovers or those seeking peace and rest, this place is a great place to stay. With the host like Shirley the trips are sweeter. Absolutely loved our stay and all accommodations! Clean, fresh, bed, sheets are so comfy. The room is spacious and very tastefully arranged. I also really appreciated the access to kitchen. Every morning was amazing with a smell of fresh coffee, homemade soy milk, and beautifully arranged breakfast!!! Best and healthy breakfast forever!!! Shirley’s place is the best option to visit Sun-Link-Sea National Park and Xitou Nature Park. Highly highly recommend this place for a cozy and happy stay!!!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Run by a caring and helpful mother/daughter team, this gem of a BnB is an easy walk from the Jiji Train Station (about 800 metres). Our room was quiet, with a powerful AC and a very comfortable bed. Breakfasts were lovingly presented and substantial, with eggs, meat, several types of vegetables, fruit, and good coffee with fresh milk. Jiji is pleasant small town surrounded by agriculture and makes a nice break away from the busy cities. Overall, highly recommended.
