Safari villa was really value for money. A very nice place with polite and good staff. The food was the tastiest local plates I ve tried since I was in Arusha. Wifi was very good and I could work there without issues. A clean and cozzy place. I would definetely recommended it.

At first we booked a hotel but when we found this place we canceled the hotel and booked this. And we couldn’t be happier with that decision! We loved that the place felt more like a home than a hotel. We arrived here to relax after 5 days of safari and it was exactly what we needed. The pool area was great, the room was clean, the hosts were very welcoming and warm and the dinner made by Cecil was delicious.

The owner and her manager were incredibly helpful and accommodating and we were made to feel very welcome. We stayed before and after a Safari and they let us leave bags there, did washing for us while we were away and were a great help with both buying bus tickets and getting to the bus early in the morning. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and very good value. Everything exceeded our expectations.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was arranging transport, giving local tips, or just checking in to see how I was doing, the service felt genuine and caring. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Everything was spotless, and little details like fresh flowers or a cozy sitting area added to the charm. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept, with lush gardens that create a serene atmosphere — perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel or safari. It’s quiet, safe, and has a lovely local feel to it. The restaurant serves delicious meals, with both local and international options. Breakfast was especially good — fresh fruit, eggs made to order, great coffee — and dinner was equally satisfying. What makes Dan Stam stand out is the balance of comfort, value, and authentic Tanzanian warmth. It’s ideal whether you’re in Arusha for safari, business, or just passing through. Innocent was very welcoming, he makes the guests feel at home and is very helpful with any request. The house has a very nice garden and the rooms are comfortable. About 10 minutes walk from the main road.

Msovi house feels like home, nice people and cozy environment. Isaac and Iren always take care of their guests, making sure everyone feels comfortable and safe also outside the house. The rooms are nice and food is too, Iren is an excellent cook! Thank you guys, see you soon:)

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. I was especially impressed by the quality of the food – it was fresh, tasty, and beautifully served. The security was also very reliable, which gave me great peace of mind during my stay. New renovated villa in the middle of an authentic African village near Arusha. The place gives some hostel vibes as there is a kitchen where you can cook and also a fridge a pantry where you can store some food. The stuff is very friendly and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend! Absolutely lovely place to stay, that is exactly like the photos. Location - Conveniently located close to Arusha airport (5 minute drive) and only 10 minutes drive from both Sable Square which has lovely coffee shops, and the Cultural Heritage Center. Facilities - In the apartment we stayed in, there was a kitchen area to cook, living area with Netflix and YouTube, outdoor balcony, 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There is also an outdoor pool and sunbeds. Everything we needed was provided including water, tea, hairdryer, toiletries. WiFi is strong and works well. Food - Although there is no restaurant on site or breakfast provided, they provide a list of close restaurants to choose from which is helpful. If you'd like to cook your own food, you can visit the supermarket in Sable Square or next to the Cultural centre. We ordered pizza delivery which was no problem, and lovely to sit and watch Netflix as a family after a busy few days on Safari. Families - It is absolutely perfect for families. Pictured - Outdoor area (unfortunately, I did not take more photos inside the accommodation but it is exactly as the pictures show)
