This property is extremely clean and comfortable. Godwin is an excellent chef and cooked us very tasty meals. The owners are very helpful and all the staff looked after us well during our stay. Hot showers and comfortable beds, made for an enjoyable stay. Friendly residents who were a great help with local knowledge and transport etc

I got lucky to be their first client. The apartment all brand new was fully furnished and beautifully decorated. It’s not in the center of Kampala but nestled in a green quiet area where you have amazing views over the city and can get lucky to see plenty of beautiful birds and monkeys. The team was extremely helpful, caring and professional. If you need a place to relax that you can call home, look no further!

The host was very welcoming and provided excellent communication throughout my stay, the host made sure we were comfortable and was always available. For example, one thing that really stood out to me was when our gas ran out in the middle of the night. We had finished it, and to our surprise, it was refilled that very night, even though it was really late. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference.

    Two families with children. Received excellent service from all the staff who planned for us a wonderful weekend full of activities (including pottery class, horse riding, forest hike, yoga class and a visit to the farm). Having a dinner by the fire in the forest was a true adventure for all of us. Such a beautiful and serene place in the nature, surprisingly close to Kampala. We will definitely visit the Bushbaby Lodge again.
