Very clean, secure and good value for money. The host and staff are super helpful and kind and will literally assist with anything that you ask them. There is a car available for hire with a driver at affordable rates. Perfect as a base for exploring Uganda game parks. Close to the airport, shops, restaurants etc.

The appartement is clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you might need. But what truly made the experience memorable was the owners (Mr Julius) warm and kind heart. Such a genuinely nice person, thoughtful, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Everything, the villas are so clean and spacious and have everything you could need from your own personal infinity pool per villa to a rooftop terrace. Wilson and all the staff were all so lovely and accommodate your every need. The property is a bit outside of town so the airport transfer and personal chef was fantastic and the food was amazing! Couldn't recommend enough and a special shout out to Wilson for looking after us so well!

As a local tourist, one thing i am keen on is exceptional experience. I guess this applies to most travellers. Travelling alone during the festive season this was one experience I was looking for. Despite the cleanliness and provision of all modern amenities I got a chance to be treated with holiday wine. Thanks to the host who is keen to provide comfort at its peak. I loved the lake view, which helped me unwind during the evenings. I would give the host 200% and gladly recommend other guests.

A charming and well-located hotel, perfect for a short stay on your travel route. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. We stayed at this hotel during the New Year period and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, offering beautiful lake view that create a serene atmosphere. While there is a road nearby, it does not affect the experience — in fact, the proximity to the airport and city infrastructure makes it a convenient choice, especially if you're traveling by car. What truly sets this place apart is the owner’s personal involvement in the hotel's daily life. He goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The New Year celebration he organized was exceptional, as if he were hosting close friends rather than hotel guests. This level of care is reflected in every detail of the hotel. The bar and kitchen are great. And falling asleep to the sounds of nature around at night is simply magical.

Welcome drink as a choice between a beer and a glass of wine was a pleasant surprise after a long hot day on the road. Close proximity to the beach where they have a lovely beach bar with a view over lake Victoria was very convenient. Reliable wifi at the reception; great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.
