Arrived at JFK with an early connecting flight the next morning from Lagardia. Wanted to stay close to departing airport. Rooms were very spacious and really clean. Bistro and bar downstairs are great option to have. Staff friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle a bonus.

The entire staff was exceptional

the design, decor, room, view, location, staff - absolutely everything - we stayed there twice in the past month for 4 days and then 6 days a few days later - they upgraded us for the second stay - the cafe chelsea where we had breakfast every day (running a salon most days) was wonderful, the bar was great, the service and the staff amazing, as I've already said - the best hotel I've ever stayed at bouncing the Galle Face Hotel in Colombo to number 2

Great location, felt very central and safe. Very close to subway. Room was wonderful with a great view of Empire State Building. Staff were very approachable and friendly too. Highly recommended.
