I liked the friendliness of the staff. Whatever time of day (we left at 3:00 am) the staff was attentive and very hospitable. The rooms were cleaned and up to date. We did need to request room cleaning, I'm not used to that but I guess different customs for different times.

My granddaughters had so much to do. They loved it! The pool and water park were awesome. The cabins were so nice and everything was perfect. It was great to have a general store on site to purchase necessities. And the tavern had great food. Blue Bell ice cream was a great bonus.

the kitchen was not working, I picked this hotel for the breakfast include and was none, they said were going to refund some money and the manager never face us again and others managers or assistant manager were rude, terrible managing.

Breakfast was only provided for two adults per new IHG policy. Price was supposed to have included breakfast for all guests, 4 adults and two children. Very dissatisfied especially with the price for the children’s suite
