We arrived from an overseas destination and encountered an unexpected health event that saw one of us staying overnight in hospital. The staff were very accommodating and kind, allowing us early room access and access to the pool for a shower after check out if needed. We were sorry not to have had the chance to enjoy all the facilities more but very grateful for the hospitality. Thank you

The view from our room was amazing! The staff was lovely, and the room service was outstanding! We also dined at the tavern multiple times throughout the week. We were never disappointed! The buffet in the lobby on Christmas Day exceeded all expectations!

Daniels house was amazing, rich in history, and it was beautiful inside and out. If I return to Salem, I would definitely go back to and you need longer than 1 night. The house was exceptionally clean and smelt so good interiors tastefully decorated. The owners were also lovely people and very keen to keep the historical factor of the house.

Honestly, for the sheer size of the room and the complimentary breakfast, plus the fact I had booked for my fiancé and her two children, it was great value for money, especially considering how close we were to the main streets. Should we find ourselves staying overnight in Salem, we'll definitely be back to the Salem Inn. Very special stay for us over new years.

    As a family of four (two adults and two small children), the room layout was good - with a partition wall separating the sleeping areas. The staff were mostly very friendly, particularly those in the breakfast room. Lots of things to do with kids on site - water park, arcade etc.

    Everything! But I do want to thank again the staff at the DoubleTree/Danvers for their customer service and generosity toward not only myself but my son and daughter-in-law and all the family and friends that attended their wedding weekend and stayed in Danvers!! Everyone was exceptionally happy with the accommodations and treatment!

    Comfortable bed configuration , the couch allows to sit and watch TV not in the bed. The bathroom is very comfortable, clean and modern looking. The pool looks decent, unfortunately we were not able to visit it (closed early). Big free parking. -There is a waterpark that is connected to the hotel, but it seems that it is more oriented on small children. - it was nice to get a warm cookie on the check-in
