Plush surroundings at really stylish hotel. Fabulous indoor/outdoor heated pool and spa. Terrace area with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Lovely bar/restaurant area, plus outdoor eating area with gas fire. Huge bedroom with super comfy bed and cool linen. Great ambience and pleasant staff. Total class. Type of place makes you feel special. Highly recommend.

Everything about this hotel made us comfortable and welcomed. The staff were super nice, there were lots of nice amenities in the lobby and in the room. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was great, as was the bed. I liked the modern and efficient configuration of the sleeping area, sitting/work area and kitchen area. There was also a nice closet that lit up when the door was opened. Breakfast was better than expected, with hot eggs, sausage or bacon, oatmeal, and croissant/egg sandwiches, as well as carb options. We appreciated the laundry room and fitness rooms as well. Parking was convenient and secure. The location was really good for seeing sights in the downtown area and there is a nice downtown shopping area nearby.

Both Angelica and Lola at the front reception were exceptional and very welcoming. A good asset for Hyatt House. Also, the kitchen and cleaning staff were great, ensuring that all meal stations were replenished timeously. Even had a laundry on the 4th floor.

We only needed a room for the night and breakfast, but didn’t want to drive into the city. This hotel was ideally located and provided everything we needed and more. The room had a bed, a nice lounge area and bathroom - was a shame we didn’t stay longer. If I ever return to Salt Lake City (which would be nice) we will definitely stay here

We traveled for General Conference and the location was literally right across the street from the conference center. Perfect location!

I had a very nice stay! The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful in any case needed. The room is comfortable, big and very clean. The room was just a bit close to the street so it was a bit noisy, but nothing really bad.
