Since the day we booked, the host was writing to us to arange everything. When we arrived the staff made a very warm welcome and explained everything about Hanoi, where to go, what to visit, where to exchange money with good rate. The room was very clean and quite. The beds are very comfortable. We tried also the breakfast and was good. We went in Halong bay for 2 nights and the staff was very kind to keep our luggage there when we came back. When i come back to Hanoi i will definitely choose again Eliana Hotel.

We love it so much. Very friendly and helpfull staff on the reception and the breakfast also. Breakfast was delicious. They recommend us tour operator to Nihm Bin and Halong bay, both of them were fantastic. If we coming again, I am pretty sure we will stay here again.

This is a small but very nicely appointed boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room and facilities were excellent; with clean linens, nice bath/shower and excellent climate control. The shining attribute of this hotel, though, is its staff - they manager, Mr. Leo Nguyen, was happy to provide arrangements for taxi from the airport to the hotel, and to interface with our planned activities to anticipate and deflect any problems. All of the staff, in fact, were very gracious and friendly.

Comfortable and Clean Accommodations The room I stayed in was both spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Delicious Breakfast Buffet Each morning, I enjoyed a diverse and delicious breakfast buffet. The variety of options catered to different tastes, and the quality of the food was excellent. Prime Location Situated in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city's rich culture and history. Its central position allowed easy access to various attractions, restaurants and shops. Overall Experience My stay at the Salute Premium Hotel & Spa was truly enjoyable. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations and prime location made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The staff and facilities were incredible, esp. considering the price and location. I was in a group of 7 and the team made us feel at home. We had two separate bookings due to a trip in between to Ha Long Bay, and they made the entire booking and check-in/out process extremely seamless and stress-free.
