This is a small but very nicely appointed boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room and facilities were excellent; with clean linens, nice bath/shower and excellent climate control. The shining attribute of this hotel, though, is its staff - they manager, Mr. Leo Nguyen, was happy to provide arrangements for taxi from the airport to the hotel, and to interface with our planned activities to anticipate and deflect any problems. All of the staff, in fact, were very gracious and friendly.

Exceptional Staff and Service From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. They were attentive, friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. Comfortable and Clean Accommodations The room I stayed in was both spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Delicious Breakfast Buffet Each morning, I enjoyed a diverse and delicious breakfast buffet. The variety of options catered to different tastes, and the quality of the food was excellent. Prime Location Situated in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city's rich culture and history. Its central position allowed easy access to various attractions, restaurants and shops. Overall Experience My stay at the Salute Premium Hotel & Spa was truly enjoyable. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations and prime location made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Could not have asked for a better hotel. Classy, beautifully decorated, great food, stunning views, rooftop dining/bar and centrally located. But what made it most memorable were the people. The staff at GM Premium were an absolute standout! Every staff member we met was friendly, kind, attentive, helpful and ready to impart great local knowledge and recommendations. Vui, Chris, Lee, Tim, Gary (along with the chefs Mike & Thien, porters and cleaning staff) were all so good to us and we enjoyed coming "home" each day after venturing out on our many adventures.
