We had a great time in the hostel. We booked one night and the lady was super helpfull, she told us what to do in Cao Bang and how to go to the waterfall and cave. We were alone in the dorms. The bathroom was clean. Her husband even took us to the bus station!

Location was great and the staff exceptional. With the help of google translate, we were able to organise a driver to take us out for the day to see the wonderful geological sites, all for a reasonable fee. Nothing seems too much for the staff.

Beautiful room, beautiful place. We were dreading to go into the city after a week driving around in nature. And this place was the perfect stop in the middle: it was in the city but it also felt a bit outside of it. And he has trees and flowers around that made it a smooth transition from nature to city.

The location is nice and quiet. The room is modern and feels homey. The owner is incredibly welcoming. I was there during the floods of 2025 and because the city was shutdown, it was difficult to get food and he invited me in his own home for a few meals. Highly recommended.

Amazing place. We came here for 2 nights but ended up staying 4 nights. Tried both rooms, the basic and the one with mountain view. Both are spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The beds are great and very flexible staff willing to help out in every way. Could not recommend more.
