Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very positive is also the free bike rental, access to three different pools and a great breakfast. Overall definitely a recommendation, especially since the value for money is really excellent.

Everything! The location, as it was calm and very centric, the new facilities, free bikes for touring the city, good taste in decoration, moreover the personalized service was the best. The staff always took care of us, from the begging explaining options in Hoi An, helping us arrange transportation, providing us with options to visit around, perfect breakfast, and their spa services were the best we had in Vietnam. We chose the honeymoon package, very relaxing! We spent a month visiting Asia for our honeymoon and this was the perfect place to close our vacation adventure. What all the reviews say about Flower and Robert are true! Flower made our visit to Hoi An truly a special one. I've been in Hoi An a few times, but following her recommendations truly made the trip incredibly enjoyable. Upon hearing that we hadn't yet tried a banh mi on our trip, Flower made a point to send us off with a banh mi each, and even timed her afternoon to make sure she would be able to reheat mine to be nice and crispy before I left to the airport. The rooms are clean, modern and simple.
