Absolutely fantastic. Best view, best location, close to old town, shopping mall downstair and the next street, restaurants close by, huge room, comfortable bed, very clean, nice staff, every single thing in the room are in good condition and quality. Bathrobe, slippers, complementary mineral water, cozy design, bathroom glass wall, delicious breakfast, absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately we stayed only for a night, didn’t wanna leave. Highly recommend to book their suite if you’re willing to give a few more euros.

Everything here was wonderful. Staying here reminds me of the best of people and why Kosovo will always hold a special place in my heart. Everyone working here was so welcoming and kind, helpful, and attentive with anything I needed during my stay. Rooms were clean, and the food was excellent! I found myself staying in the restaurant at the hotel my last two days rather than going out it was so delicious. Anytime I come back to Gjakove, this is where I'll stay. Even if you aren't staying here, I highly recommend the restaurant. It is so good, it fills nightly with locals. Great location. 15 minute walk to Old Bazaar with shops and restaurants abounding. Beautiful view from the restaurant patio.
