Alpha Hotel is located in the centre of Tienen, within 5 minutes’ walking from the Tienen trainstation. It features 17 compact rooms 4 deluxe apartments with flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Guests can benefit from complimentary hot drinks. Superb rooms and apartments (we saw one of each as we were with friends). You have to be ok with climbing stairs. Very clean and comfy. Nice efficient restaurant. Good parking (free). Complimentary sweets are a very nice touch! A sugar plant is prominent in town.

The hotel is situated in Gent, only 500 metres from the historical city centre. The central space, in the heart of the hotel offers a welcome area, bar and lounge with a fireplace where guests can enjoy eating any time of the day. Reylof also includes a wellness pool and historic courtyard garden with terrace. Great hotel! The rooms are and atmosphere are amazing and the spa looks very good (didn't get a chance to try it). Breakfast was ok and the staff is very attentive.

Ariane is a family-run hotel offering modern rooms including a buffet-style breakfast, a 7-minute walk from Ypres' historical centre with the Menin Gate and the In Flanders Fields Museum. This hotel is surrounded by gardens with a pond, a secluded terrace and a petanque square. Firstly, the people were excellent. Friendly from the moment we walked through the door, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The rooms had everything you need, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean . Oh, the restaurant dinner was first class! The lamb was done perfectly and the vegetables were delicious!
