A baby safety gate is also available for guests at the apartment. Our family of three adults spent one night in this comfortable and clean apartment conveniently located close to the tram stations. Zurich HB and the Old town are a short tram ride away from this location. Our kind and friendly host allowed us to check-in early and was communicative and responsive prior to and during our stay. The check-in instructions were clear and we were welcomed with complimentary chocolates. The apartment has good Wi-Fi and comes with a small but well-equipped kitchen which was very convenient.

He not only continued replying to my queries well after hours, he even made his way back to the premises to provide a kettle which I asked for.

The family-run Aparthotel Familie Hugenschmidt is located in the charming Seefeld quarter of Zürich, just a 3-minute walk from the green banks of Lake Zürich and a 5-minute tram ride from the centre. Free WiFi access is available throughout. The hotel was 15 minute walk so close to downtown and transit was steps away. Apartment was very clean and well-appointed. Staff were eager and helpful.

WOW. Over the past year I have been to 10 five star hotels at least, and they were nothing compared to the Dolder. The Dolder Grand is something else, something above five start, something truly unique that I wished I had experienced earlier. My suite was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning view over the lake of Zurich. Everything in the room was clean, tidy, luxurious. The SPA was one of the best I have ever tried, beautiful and calm indoor pool, with an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking Zurich. The staff and the concierge were all super helpful, super kind and really made me feel special and welcomed during my entire stay. Finally I want to make a special mention for the food....the Saltz Restaurant was extremely good but what has totally surprised me was the breakfast. HANDS DOWN THE BEST BREAKFAST ON PLANET EARTH. Super happy of my stay, as I visit Zurich few times a year, I will make sure to stay at Dolder next time I come in few months. See you soon:)
