All the staff know you by name and they are so friendly. The rooms are spotless and the rest of the hotel is super clean as well. As soon as you check in they send you a load of recommendations by WhatsApp and we booked a day tour to Guatape through the hotel which was great. It was also half the price of Viator so if you are thinking of booking a tour get in touch with the hotel first! Beds are very comfy and the only slight issue I had was that the pillows are very thin and there's only 2 on the bed. If there's any improvement that could be made it's to put extra pillows on the bed. They did give us 2 extra when we asked though so it was no issue. Rooms are also windowless which we knew about and the hotel is very forthcoming with that information but due to the fan on the wall and open shared space this wasn't really an issue as we only slept in the room.

Paol at reception was great- extremely helpful and attentive, and assisted us with booking tours and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood is green and quiet, and although not close to the metro or nightlife, everything is a short taxi drive away. Everything looks brand new in the apartment, and the cute swimming pool and gym are a plus as well.

We really loved this cozy apartment. We felt that it was close enough to restaurants. Since we are avid walkers, we also felt that it wasn't too far from the subway. Safe neighborhood and the frontdesk staff were very friendly and professional.

A baby safety gate is also available for guests at the accommodation. I searched through hundreds of listings and believe I found the absolute best, most perfect place in Medellín. The pictures are accurate and the directions/instructions for accessing the key were also accurate. The host from next door, Marina, greeted me when I arrived and helped me get settled in, and brought over delicious breakfasts each morning. I LOVED having an upstairs and downstairs and it felt like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the hot water in the shower worked almost immediately, and there were blackout curtains to help me sleep. The wifi speed was incredibly fast (about 250 mbps) with no interruptions. The place is on a residential street so there is a bit of noise from neighbours, but no clubs or bars so overall peaceful and quiet. This place was easily the best part of my trip.
