Rooms were very nice and while we didn’t get a chance to use other facilities there seemed to be a number available .

Everything, because it was a well situated place with everything on our disposal. The cleanliness, the people who work there, the food and the relaxing zones and everything was over the expectations. We would like to came back!

Featuring plenty of natural light, each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a seating area. Location: You can easily walk to Palma beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

The location was close walking distance to the party area and the fair beaches of Ibiza, The place is very clean and quiet.

The service was exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, offering welcome drinks and sandwiches. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options. The spa facilities, including the sauna, added a nice touch of relaxation, and I especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool. The infinity pool was beautiful, though unheated.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, always down for a joke! We felt very well taken care of and very welcome at all times. The hotel has 3 pools, one of them being at the rooftop which doesn't allow children, so it's an amazing place to relax with gorgeous views of the sea. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous sea view!
