I happened to stay when there was a Tube strike, the staff by the entrance went above and beyond, got me a cab from blocks away. I needed to make the business meeting and thanks to him I was able to make it on time. Thank you so much for the staffs, I recommend this hotel 100%. Also the neighborhood of Marylebone is really cute and filled with lovely shops and restaurants. There is even a farmers market on Sundays. Worth checking it out!

Very comfortable room. Maybe not much of a view but we were only there one night. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom had everything that was needed and was very new looking. Breakfast was self service and the food was good.

The food was good, and all the staff were wonderful, communicating kindly both in person and through messages. The hotel was peaceful despite its location on a busy street near Primark. I also appreciated the warm welcome with a complimentary drink.

The building itself has so many historical facts and interesting stories and even some spooky ones. We did the guided tour, absolutely amazing. Very interactive. Ample parking. Breakfast and dinner in the chapel restaurant were great, restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Last but not least, I loved our room !!! Even had a framed story of an inmate. Oh yes, and the complimentary bar was a huge surprise.
