The room was very clean with a cute interior design which we appriciated alot. The couple that owns Mastrali are so nice with big hearts and very accommadating. They helped us alot and really made our trip amazing and easier, strongly recomend!😊

This hotel is excellent and definitely exceed my expectations. It is new and very modern. The room was a very nice size and the pool was amazing. It is very quiet at night, never heard a noise during the night even though there was a lot of guests in the hotel and I’m a light sleeper. The staff were very nice, especially the girls at the reception, they were always very friendly and very considerate.

Ferry was cancelled twice due to high winds so ended up arriving at 7:30am instead of 5pm. Room was available so we were allowed straight in when we arrived. Just what we needed after having to get up at 4:30am in Symi. Given longer to stay at end of holiday too. Great communication, really helpful. Everything you could ask for. Highly recommended.
