The room was nice , great bed and pillows, our houskeeper, Sandy, he was just the best, he made our stay more personal&familial by writing letters and making dolls from towls, very careful, all clean always, but in all all the personal of the hotel is veey kind and helpful, the hotel smells good and the breakefast waa the most varied and tasty, maybe the best we ever had, and also the Magnolia restaurant was great, best Salmon I ate. He and his family and stuffs were so welcoming. And the room we stayed was clean and beauty with hanmock in the garden. We had a great time in our stay.

The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.

I liked the shared kitchen - it was always clean, you can take drinks from the fridge and pay after you finish your stay. Very nice and cozy area. Host was very helful with arranging trips to Bromo and waterfalls. She also gave us local recommendations.

No hot shower but it was ok. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. She spoke great English, helped with our onward trip to Bali and answered all our questions. We also took a shared trip to Ijen which was great (small group, good guide, all nicely organized and good price). They were so nice that they returned money when one of us had to cancel last minute. We also got great breakfast in the morning (egg sandwich, fresh fruits, coffee and a cake). Would totally recommend this place
