It had a convenient writing desk, place to hang my clothes, and very comfortable bed. The heat in the room was perfect. The warm drying racks in the bathroom kept the towels dry and warm. The room was on the main level, so I could easily access it with my suitcases.

All rooms feature HDTV, luxury bathroom amenities and free WiFi. The warm atmosphere when we entered the castle and attention of the reception we got made a big impression which we loved. The staff were so friendly and obliging and really made us feel at home there. I had been away for several months and at dinner received welcome home from the staff which both my wife and I felt very touched by. The room was ideal and the quality of the beds gave us such a great nights sleep that it was the first thing we commented on when we woke up in the morning. The food there was of the highest quality and I cannot rate this hotel high enough on all aspects. It really was a magical getaway for us as a couple

This 4-star farm stay offers luggage storage space and a shared lounge. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Mary and Raymond were the kindest people we've met so far during our Ireland trip. Check-in went smoothly, the room was clean with comfortable heated beds. Bathroom had towels, shampoo and shower gel and overall very pleasent experience. We had an irish breakfast with tea and coffee, which was delicious. If I ever visited Ireland again, I would definitelly stay at the Moate Lodge. Raymond also gave us a lot of tips and info about interesting locations near there. We recommend the Lodge 10/10!

The K Club can provide golf tuition, and many other outdoor activities available include horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, falconry, tennis, archery and fishing. There is also a playground and a kids club. The quality of stay & service sincerely exceeded the price charged. Pure luxury! The nicest hotel stay we have ever enjoyed.

Rooms at the Clanard Hotel have bathrooms with baths, power showers and hairdryers. They also include TVs, safes and luxurious duvets and bed linen. Lovely check-in staff and breakfast staff. Room was exactly as expected, comfy beds. Only minor issue: Shower knob was a little difficult to turn to adjust water.

Great location in Athy .Down a quiet lane so you feel like your quiet rural but 2 minuets to town which is large enough so you can get what you want but small enough to have that village vibe .1 hour to Dublin 40 mins or so to the coast .Got a nice little welcome package on arrival , booking in was a breeze and Claudia couldn’t have been more helpful

We loved the accommodation, comfortable and every little detail provided, even food in the cupboards.
