The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They take your bags up to your room for you (due to it being an old building with no elevator, though it’s only a couple floors). The hotel is part of a family of restaurants/shops in the vicinity, as we stayed in the hotel we got a discount in the attached restaurant downstairs which has really good food.
