All the staff were wonderful to deal with and helped make the trip extra special for us. Location is perfect, a few minutes walk to San Marco Basilica. The bedroom was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food and drink options in the hotel and the surrounding area were fantastic. We used the hotels complimentary transport to Murano and had a lovely time at the factory. Will definitely be back

The hotel is in a good location, connected by public transport and yet only a 15-minute walk from the center. the staff is helpful and extremely friendly. breakfast is delicious. the hotel is tidy, the room service is fast. we have no complaints, we will definitely stay in this hotel again when we return to Venice.

Super kind staff that gave us directions when we got a bit stuck coming from Cortina due to the mudslides. We were coming on our bikes in the rain and the staff was so sweet, insisting on giving us a ride to a restaurant for dinner and gifting us cookies in the morning. I never write reviews, but they were so kind!
