Yes it's gorgeous, perched on the side of the mountain with stunning views and luxury accom like having your own onsen but it was the staff who really made it outstanding....Maria, Tui and everyone else were incredibly responsive and helpful...not only when due to train changes, we were 2 hours late arriving (the kitchen staff held our dinner) but also when we left a phone with our JR passes in the taxi. (which we were able to recover!!!)

It’s very quiet and there’s a beautiful view of the mountains from the room. Everything was so clean. The morning breakfast was amazing and she also accommodated for my dietary restrictions (vegetarian). She drove me to the train station when I left. The place is 20min from the main attractions and its a beautiful walk. I stayed for 2 days and it was perfect to relax from a long trip. Thank you again 🧡🙏🏻
