L'auberge est impeccablement tenue. C'est très propre. Spacieux. On a accès à plein d'endroit de l'école comme le gymnase. Les parties communes sont impeccables. On serait restées plus longtemps si on avait pu.

Effective October 1, 2025, a lodging tax will be introduced by ordinance of Takayama City. In addition to the room charge, 100 yen per person per day will be charged. Lovely staff and very clean property. We stayed in the dorm room and it was spacious and the facilities were all very well kept. Quick walk to the train/bus station and lots of restaurants and shop also a short walk away

Il comprend un jardin, un salon commun et un parking privé gratuit. -staff was so kind and welcoming. Spent time with us to explain nearby areas and restaurants, spent time with my daughters to try on kimonos. Everyone was so kind and amazing. -Room was awesome and spacious. We had 2 children (age 11 and 8), 2 adults. We enjoyed the room and space. -Bedding (futon, comforter, pillows) was high end quality. Excellent comfort and clean. -Yukata robes in the room for each person to wear to onsen and in the house -Japanese breakfast was delicious ! We had 2 breakfasts, the menu was different each morning. -Hotel is not in the downtown area but we liked that. We enjoyed being away in a quiet area and the walk was not bad. Taking taxi was also easy and cost about 1,000 yen each way. -Onsen was very nice, and private. Super clean and so enjoyable to relax after a full day out. We stayed for two nights and while it cost more than other hotels, it was well worth it. Everything was superb. The selection of beautiful kimonos were amazing; I ended up buying 2 (one for my daughter, one for me). We can’t wait to go back and visit the staff, and experience the quietness of Takayama.

Oka-san is very nice!😍 She welcomes me to Japan with watching Ukai. We also have Japanese style breakfast together and the chawanmushi is OISHIIII. Niku Jaga is alsoo very delicious🥰🥰 And I could take a relaxing warm bath after a long day, it's super refreshing. Oka-san is such a lovely lady. Please stay healthy. I'll come back after my Japanese has improved😁
