The location is great close to the beach and Budva old town. The personnel working in the reception and restaurant are extremely professional and nice. They provided us with all information we needed during our stay. The Hotel manager is a very professional person, he supported us with an issue we had in one night. All in all I highly recommend the hotel and we will be definitely back ! One recommendation is to provide more choice for the breakfast..after 3 days it kind of gets repetitive.

Although the photos looked lovely, the experience was even better. The staff were some of the kindest I have ever encountered and extremely friendly. The room was lovely and spacious, with a pretty nice view. The breakfast fresh and varied - and would also recommend the hotel restaurant (and its aquarium - a major draw for the children). The kids play area and the pool were also very nice.

Hotel Reset offers a children's playground. This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They made myself and my friends feel very welcome. We were always assisted whenever we needed help. Got free drinks on my birthday, whatever we needed, we were given and the staff were always friendly and smiling. So welcoming. I loved it so much
