Everything was amazing, the friendly staff (fluent in english <3), the breakfasts full of food that can keep you strong for the whole day in the mountains, quality of service, prices of drinks (they were strong!) and food (lot of on the plate!), I can talk for hours. I really like how the staff is helpful with transport and the breakfast takeaway was amazing and very filling. Hotel is near enough the Żabljak city and to the National Park, which was perfect even in winter weather! I really enjoyed our stay and definetely gonna visit again.

Niklaus (the host) and the entire crew were very helpful with directions, suggestions for restaurants etc. Great amentities in the chalet - fridge, hot plate, washing machine, coffee machine, mini oven, toaster (no microwave). Inflatable hot tub with a view! Spotless accomodation with thoughtful gestures like a welcome bottle of wine and many little touches like warm robes, slippers etc. We stayed in Horizons -1 which had its own driveway and was the chalet with the best view. Chalet is about 7-10 mins drive from the city centre
