Located in Chitwan, 1.2 km from Tharu Cultural Museum, Hotel Tree Tops- A Serene Friendly Hotel in Sauraha provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. We had a wonderful stay at the Tree Tops. The room was very comfortable and there was plenty of space. Shower was hot and the WiFi always worked! The balcony was a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. The rear window overlooked the rice fields and the sunrise and sunset views were stunning. The restaurant provided us with some of the best meals we’ve had on our journey. Tham Magar is a fabulous cook. Eating on the porch was magical and let us watch the world go by. We were not far from the high street in Sauraha but we spent most of our time exploring the local Tharu community which lies in the opposite direction. (The Tharu cultural museum in that community is well worth a visit.) Since we were in Chitwan to visit Nepalese friends, we didn’t do any of the jungle treks but there is a wealth to choose from and the owner, Mr. Dilip Poudel, and his son, Sanjay can organize those for you. (Mr. Poudel was always a wonderful source of information!) As travelers for the last few years, we believe that location and the quality of the accommodations are key. However, the heart and soul of a hotel is the owners and staff. In addition to the Poudels, Diup Chaudhary was constantly a source of kindness and support. His smile is infectious. And Rina And Sabitri made sure that everything and everyone was well cared for at the Tree Tops. Definitely a 10/10!

This 5-star hotel offers free shuttle service and a shared lounge. Guests can enjoy American and Chinese dishes at the restaurant or have a cocktail at the bar. This is a luxury hotel at an affordable price. The decor and fixtures and fittings are stylish and modern. The shower was the best! All staff were all so friendly and helpful. We were looked after so well. Milan at the front desk made sure our holiday went smoothly and was very attentive to all our needs. The breakfast was delicious with excellent coffees. We also ate dinner and lunch here and all the food we ate was delicious and reasonably priced too. We did 3 excellent trips with Raj our very knowledgeable safari guide - a walking safari, a canoe trip and a jeep safari. Due to Raj’s knowledge and patience we got to see a wild rhino up close! All the staff made us feel like family and nothing was too much trouble. We were sad to leave. Milan arranged private transport for us to Bhaktapur and it’s a long drive but the driver was very professional and safe. Highly recommend everything about this hotel! It was even an easy 10 min walk to Main St and the sunset viewing platform in town.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Sauraha, Tiger Corner Inn Homestay is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the quiet street. The property features a garden, terrace and parking on-site among other facilities. A hot spring bath and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. The bed and breakfast offers an American restaurant as well as free WiFi. It’s a really nice home stay.

For guests with children, Hotel Rhinoceros-Homestay provides a baby safety gate. Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the accommodation, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. Prakash was extremely helpful and professional. He helped us book our safari tours, arranged a scooter and booked our bus tickets back to Kathmandu. Anything we needed he made it easy. The hotel is very clean and in a great location for viewing rhinos coming out of the park. It’s also a quiet location but close enough to downtown to walk.

The accommodation features entertainment staff and room service. The staff is very humble and the service is amazing. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food in the hotel is tasty and homely. Overall, the entire experience was very enjoyable. 10/10 highly recommended place.

Guests can grab a bite to eat in the in-house family-friendly restaurant, which specialises in Nepalese cuisine and also offers vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options. Very nice owner. Food Safari options. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms.

The hotel has a big garden and lot of flowers. Kumar, the owner of the hotel, is a very nice man. He is very helpful and arranged the safari tours and picked up. The staffs is very nice as well. The bbq chicken was very tasty and remember to try one. Please tips the staff when you leave.
