I also got sick and everyone was so helpful in cancelling and rescheduling our tours, letting us stay longer, helping us with the needed medicines and the food. We ended up staying longer than expected and it was actually really nice. Our idea was to stay to visit the National Park, however we learnt to see Chitwan has much more to offer and is a nice place to stay and relax for a bit while travelling.

His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about its guests, this is it!

Best stay in Chitwan!!!! There is a lovely garden with trees🌲 flowers💐and birds🦜 Veryyyyy friendly and helpful staff. Boss is sooo nice, he also took us to local market which is an unforgettable experience. We danced, ate ice cream and had a lot of fun. Will definitely be back next time. The accommodation features entertainment staff and room service. The staff is very humble and the service is amazing. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food in the hotel is tasty and homely. Overall, the entire experience was very enjoyable. 10/10 highly recommended place.
