Located in Chitwan, 1.2 km from Tharu Cultural Museum, Hotel Tree Tops- A Serene Friendly Hotel in Sauraha provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. We had a wonderful stay at the Tree Tops. The room was very comfortable and there was plenty of space. Shower was hot and the WiFi always worked! The balcony was a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. The rear window overlooked the rice fields and the sunrise and sunset views were stunning. The restaurant provided us with some of the best meals we’ve had on our journey. Tham Magar is a fabulous cook. Eating on the porch was magical and let us watch the world go by. We were not far from the high street in Sauraha but we spent most of our time exploring the local Tharu community which lies in the opposite direction. (The Tharu cultural museum in that community is well worth a visit.) Since we were in Chitwan to visit Nepalese friends, we didn’t do any of the jungle treks but there is a wealth to choose from and the owner, Mr. Dilip Poudel, and his son, Sanjay can organize those for you. (Mr. Poudel was always a wonderful source of information!) As travelers for the last few years, we believe that location and the quality of the accommodations are key. However, the heart and soul of a hotel is the owners and staff. In addition to the Poudels, Diup Chaudhary was constantly a source of kindness and support. His smile is infectious. And Rina And Sabitri made sure that everything and everyone was well cared for at the Tree Tops. Definitely a 10/10!

This 5-star hotel offers free shuttle service and a shared lounge. Guests can enjoy American and Chinese dishes at the restaurant or have a cocktail at the bar. We liked everything, it was definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Nepal! All the staff are extremely kind and always willing to help. They picked us up from the bus station, greeted us with a welcome drink and helped us book our bus back to Kathmandu. A special mention goes to Milan who was a exceptional, always very friendly and attentive and he made sure we didn’t need to worry about anything, thank you :) The area is very quiet and relaxing, with a nice view on the mustard field and a few minutes walk to the center. They also have a super nice pool and a beautiful garden where you can sit and enjoy the sun.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Sauraha, Tiger Corner Inn Homestay is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the quiet street. The property features a garden, terrace and parking on-site among other facilities. A hot spring bath and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. The bed and breakfast offers an American restaurant as well as free WiFi. The staff welcomed very warmly.The homestay is very nicely located in a quiet area and very close to the entrance of the national park.The staff helped with organizing safaris with reasonable rice and guide are experience.The room is comfortable and well equipped .The food is delicious.l highly recommend staying here.

For guests with children, Hotel Rhinoceros-Homestay provides a baby safety gate. Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the accommodation, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. Prakash was extremely helpful and professional. He helped us book our safari tours, arranged a scooter and booked our bus tickets back to Kathmandu. Anything we needed he made it easy. The hotel is very clean and in a great location for viewing rhinos coming out of the park. It’s also a quiet location but close enough to downtown to walk.

With garden views, Hotel Rhino Land-Sauraha Family Home is located in Sauraha and has a restaurant, free shuttle service, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Raj, his family and staff were all extremely helpful. Tours provided were a fraction of the cost I had been quoted at another hotel. Room and facilities of a standard relative to the price.

The accommodation features entertainment staff and room service. The staff at hotel Peacock was very friendly and supportive of our wishes. A great stay!

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with warm dishes, pancakes and fruits are available. Guests can grab a bite to eat in the in-house family-friendly restaurant, which specialises in Nepalese cuisine and also offers vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options. Sujan and his wife are very helpful! They will do their best to find custom made plans for your stay in Chitwan. The food is good, the rooms are extra clean and comfy. Highly recommend.

The hotel has a big garden and lot of flowers. Kumar, the owner of the hotel, is a very nice man. He is very helpful and arranged the safari tours and picked up. The staffs is very nice as well. The bbq chicken was very tasty and remember to try one. Please tips the staff when you leave.

Suraj and his wife are really welcoming. They take a really good care of us and the place is really peaceful. Suraj offer the pick-up in your arrival at the bus station and for the return aswell. The package for the activities in the Safari, sunset and jeep are really great too. Don't hesitate if you want to enjoy few days in Chitwan, this is the place to be !
