With garden views, this accommodation features a patio. The bed and breakfast features a hot tub and a shared kitchen. Cosy home surrounded by beautiful gardens. A quick 20 drive to town, it is a great find. Our host was amazing and friendly who made beautiful fresh pastries each day, even baking me my own according to my diet. Beds were very comfortable and warm. Couldn’t fault anything.

With garden views, this accommodation provides a balcony. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Beautifully located chalets with stunning views on the terrace, living room and bedroom that exceeded my expections. Friendly reception and the cabin (and even the dishes) is services daily. The pictures of inside chalets give them a somewhat dated look but in reality they are much better and very well maintained and clean.

Guests at the lodge can enjoy a continental breakfast. Shared kitchen very well equipped, beautiful grounds, lots of games (!), comfortable common area, lots of home grown produce, awesome cats.

The breakfast offers buffet, continental options and warm dishes and fruits are being served. Guests can dine in the in-house family-friendly restaurant, which specialises in local cuisine and also offers vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options. Great property to stay as a family. Stayed on two separate nights in a different cottage each time. Both cottages were excellent. Car parking at front door. Great views from front door. Would definitely stay at again.

Kaiteriteri Reserve Apartments is set in Kaiteriteri overlooking the golden sand beach. The accommodation is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV.

The property is located 34 km from Nelson and 9 km from Motueka. Our stay at KeiteriTeri Reserve Apartments was absolutely fantastic! The apartments were impeccably clean and modern, with stunning views of the beach right from our windows and balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We loved the convenience of being right on the beach, and we'll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

Shady Rest Bed & Breakfast provides a garden, as well as accommodation with a kitchen in Takaka. The property features mountain and garden views. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful, and fun to talk with. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, conversation, and the wonderful and varied artwork on the walls. Marc and Janice were the perfect hosts.

All rooms have a Kitchenette with cooking facilities, King size beds, spacious Bathroom, Sky TV and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms feature a spa bath. Clean and Tidy. Reception were very helpful. Recommended us a great place for breakfast and fish and chips.

Ideally situated for exploring Abel Tasman National Park, Mohua Motels is 300 metres from Takaka's Town Centre. It is located opposite a supermarket and next door the Golden Bay Visitor Centre. The owners were really interested in their guests, friendly and approachable for any discussion or questions. The location and facilities met our expectations, such that everything was provided to allow us to self cater. Centrally located with the shops and supermarket all within an easy walk. I would recommend people visiting the Takaka area to stay at this motel.

Located in Takaka, 10 minutes' drive from the beach, The Rocks Chalets features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site.

All rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. They feature an outside sitting area where you can relax. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and condiments. Extremely welcoming hosts. The chalet was clean and had all we needed. The laundry service worked smoothly. Nice common areas.
