The villa is very nicely designed and the furnishings and fittings are all modern and tasteful. Hatem and his team were very helpful and hospitable with check in. We arrived early in the morning and they very helpfully allowed an early check in and made convenient arrangements for entry to the property. The location is excellent - one row back from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to Sandyz beach bar. Also very close access to the Rotana hotel complex which made it easy to walk across for food and drinks.

For guests with children, the apartment offers a children's playground. Hawana Salalah at Forest Island has a garden to relax in after a busy day, along with a private beach area and water sports facilities. All is really perfect and clean and very nice apartment
