Loved having the rooftop patio with ocean views. Could hear the ocean from up there. In the morning, had coffee there and watched the iguanas wake up in the tree tops. Bed was comfortable, good pillows, good hot water. The one AC unit was plenty to cool down the whole apartment.

We booked 1 hour in advance (at 6PM) and checked in at 7PM. Everthing was clean and perfect. the host was amazing, she was super helpful and flexible with our travel needs. the house also was super refined with all comfort: airco, tv, ,comfy sofa, snacks, super tech and modern appliances and in super safe building with a code gate. Additional plus there is a private parking that saved us from paying expensive parking in San juan

She stayed with us from the time we landed in San Juan after 2:00 AM, made sure we get to her place with clear instructions. She was waiting for us that early and opened the door herself smiling and showing us our place with all the amenities. She made sure that we could wake her up any time if we need her. In the morning, she has a list of prepared recommendations where we can eat, shop, and places to visit. She let us use her kitchen. She noticed that I have allergy. She offered medication. She even went to the extent that she washed and dried our clothes. Her place is very cozy and clean, with all the amenities and privacy in a very safe place central to all highways and shopping centers.

Our stay was really great, my family enjoyed themselves. It was really easy to get a hold of the host; she was very kind and responsive. There were many things that elevated this place above and beyond. directly across the beach, walking distance even with a 7 month old and a 3 yr old. Soooo nice When you’re done with the beach you can enjoy the pool in the condo, directly across your door. There are 2 locked gates you have to get through before you get to the condo, so it makes you feel really safe. They had sand/beach toys, a foldable wagon that we took to the beach (my toddler sat in it as well), a child’s floating device that covers the chest and the arms it’s adjustable can cover many ages (my toddler loved it), beach towels, sun screen, bug spray, two large flashlights that have several different modes to use when the beach gets dark, a baby bath to bathe the little baby, laundry detergent pods to use in the washer/dryer in the condo, ninja coffee machine with attached milk frother, espresso grounds next to it & sugar and milk in the fridge, they have the standard kitchen pots/dishes and water purifier in the fridge. The ac gets ice cold when you turn it on, it’s not automatically on when you get there, give it a few minutes and it will cool up for you. They even have a hair dryer and flat iron (nice brand! Not cheap), This really elevated there game, especially for a family ranging of ages 52 yr , 39 yr, 21 yr, 18 yr, 3 yr, 7 month old. It really covered everyone needs. It was very clean It’s on a really popular strip with restaurants, shops, grocery store and convenience store. Walking distance. Standard shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels in the shower. Bed was comfy. 1 room has a kind size bed and a small couch, the 2nd room has a queen size bed. 2 full bathrooms. A small couch in the living area. There was a little welcome basket with water bottles, different kind of chips, cookies, snacks and things.
