We couldn't have chosen better. The staff are super friendly, took good care of us and dealt with a late night party room next door, and made sure that the rest of our stay went smooth. Special shout out to Mario. Great meeting and elevating our stay, making a bit more special.

This Montauk motel is opposite the beach, and boat rentals are available a mile away at Fort Pond. The Hither Hills State Park is located 3 miles from the property.

Hartman’s Briney Breezes Motel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property. They also have an outdoor heated pool, picnic areas and BBQ facilities available for guests. Spotless, large apartment with full kitchen. Right across the road from the stunning beach and a short walk into the town. Good value for money for the location. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 8.9 km from Belmont Park Race Track, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. The accommodation offers full-day security and luggage storage space for guests. This is a clean, beautiful, and well-equipped apartment. We founds the beds comfortable; they seem to be memory foam mattresses. It's a short walk from either Gibson or Valley Stream LIRR stations. The host was great about communicating; replies were prompt, helpful, and polite. The elegant decor (tile, marble) lends grandeur while the comfortable seating and well-supplied kitchen/bath take care of the practical necessities.

Outdoor seating is also available at the villa. The host (Nick) was responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The fenced backyard was a plus and the villa was very clean.

With free private parking, the property is 7.8 km from Splish Splash and 15 km from Long Island Railroad. The view was incredible. Access to the beach. Comfortable amenities and living space. Even deer came to visit to add to the view.
